The brekkie was top-notch, proper spread to fill ya up! But blimey, parking's a right faff with that steep ramp, nearly lost me marbles. Oi, had a laugh with the staff, they were eager to help, but the old decor needs a kick up the bum!

The room was elegant and quiet with great view, I had a good rest. Everything was well-maintained, including a very very good and super breakfast choice. All the staff was lovely, tackled my issues.

Let me start by saying the shower had no proper toiletries, absoluteley unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel. Parking was a nightmare, considering I had to lug my bags through the city with no help. I thought maybe some complimentary snacks woudl ve been a nice touch for the inconvenience, but clearly, that's too much to ask.

Ideal place with pleasant stuff and great food. Large breakfast with plenty of meals. Good and fab location, bars and cafes walking distance to the hotel. Found in a good area, walking distance to a cathedral and a church.

Its location was excellent, just in the downtown of Tromso.
The hotel staff did not seem to us to be well trained at all; sometimes rather rough and sometimes unclear nor inaccurate in their explanations of town etc.

The place is nice, and has 24-hour reception, a fitness centre, and laundry services. On my first stay, the staff helped me with printing. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort. I'm coming back for a city break.

Only place with a room, close to downtown, for the Midnight Marathon. Very comfortable, awesome breakfast, great design and aesthetic.

The family room was spacious with good amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options that catered to all of us. We enjoyed the fine city view from our room.
The decor felt a bit outdated, which did not match the overall quality of the location and service.

Very nice, clean and peacful, the staff were all friendly and most helpful. Tosi mukava, siisti, ja rauhallinen, henkiloekunta erittaein ystaevaellisiae. Mycket trevligt, snyggt och lugnt hotell, personalen far ett extra plus foer hjaelpsamhet o vaenlighet.
